What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device by websites you visit. LetTrack uses only the cookies strictly necessary to operate the service.
Cookies we use
| Name | Purpose | Expiry |
|---|---|---|
sb-* | Supabase authentication session (HttpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Lax) | Session / 7 days |
active-org | Stores your selected active organisation for the dashboard | 30 days |
lt-cookie-consent | Remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies | 12 months |
Analytics cookies (consent required)
With your consent we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. These cookies are off by default and only load after you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. We do not use them for advertising and we do not sell or share your browsing data.
| Name | Purpose | Expiry |
|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics — distinguishes unique visitors | 2 years |
_ga_* | Google Analytics — persists session state | 2 years |
Managing or withdrawing consent
If you reject analytics cookies, none are set. To withdraw consent after accepting, clear the lt-cookie-consent cookie (and any _ga cookies) in your browser settings — the banner will then reappear so you can choose again. Disabling authentication cookies will prevent you from logging in.
