How do I report or manage a repair?

Short answer

Tenants report a repair from their home in LetTrack; the landlord or agent then triages it and, if needed, raises a job and assigns a contractor — with faster deadlines for damp and mould.

Reporting an issue (tenants)

If you're a tenant, you can raise a repair or concern from your home in LetTrack. Describe the problem and submit it — your landlord or agent is notified straight away, and you can follow updates as they respond.

Managing repairs (landlords & agents)

When a tenant reports something, it appears for you to review. You can reply, or turn it into a full maintenance job — setting its priority, getting quotes, and assigning a contractor. The job tracks through to completion, with photos, notes and any certificates kept against it.

Damp, mould and emergencies

Repairs involving damp and mould, or genuine emergencies, are flagged with shorter response deadlines in line with Awaab's Law, so the most serious issues are handled first.

Following progress

Everyone involved sees the relevant updates — the tenant follows progress on their report, and the manager sees the full job history and contractor activity.
