1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of LetTrack, a UK rental compliance platform operated by LetTrack Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. The service

LetTrack provides tools to help landlords and letting agents manage rental properties, comply with UK housing legislation, and communicate with tenants. The service is provided "as is" during the beta period.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share access with anyone who has not agreed to these terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use LetTrack to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) discriminate against tenants; (c) harass, threaten or abuse any person; (d) attempt to access data belonging to another organisation.

5. Data and privacy

Your use of personal data within LetTrack is governed by our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Agreement. You are the data controller for tenant personal data you upload; we process it as your data processor.

6. Liability

LetTrack is a compliance management tool, not a legal adviser. We do not guarantee that use of LetTrack will result in legal compliance. You remain solely responsible for complying with all applicable legislation.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination you may export your data. We will retain data for 30 days before deletion unless required to retain it longer by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
