Good to know

What happens when the trial ends?

Nothing is charged unless you choose a plan. If you pay during the trial, your first payment is still taken when the trial ends.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time. A monthly plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for. On a yearly plan you can keep it to the end of the year, or ask us to end it straight away and refund the unused part, pro rata.

Why do you show prices with VAT?

Most landlords can’t reclaim VAT, so we show what you will actually pay. VAT is added at the UK rate when you check out.
