Short answer

LetTrack isn't charging customers during our launch period — you can see your plan and trial under Billing, and we'll always tell you before any paid plan starts.

Are you being charged?

Not right now. During our launch period LetTrack isn't enforcing billing, so no one is charged automatically. When paid plans go live we'll always let you know in advance — there are no surprise charges.

Your plan and trial

You can see your current plan, trial period and property count any time under Billing & subscription in your settings. Landlord and agency plans are shown there, with agency pricing scaled to the size of your portfolio.

How payment will work

When billing starts you'll be able to pay by card. We also support paying by bank transfer for agencies on an arranged plan — just get in touch and we'll set it up.

Questions about a plan?

If you're not sure which plan fits, or you'd like to discuss pricing for a larger portfolio, reply and we'll help.
