Go to Account Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. You retain access until the period ends. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation.

Cancelling your LetTrack subscription

How to cancel

  1. Log in and go to Account Settings
  2. Select Billing
  3. Click Cancel subscription
  4. Confirm the cancellation

You will receive a confirmation email immediately.

What happens after cancellation

  • Access continues until the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged for the next period
  • After the billing period ends, your account moves to a read-only state
  • You can still log in, view, and export your data for 30 days
  • After 30 days, your data is deleted in line with our retention policy

Exporting your data before you leave

We strongly recommend exporting your data before cancelling:

  • Properties — export from the Properties section
  • Tenancies and compliance records — download from each tenancy
  • Documents — download individually from the Documents tab

Refunds

LetTrack subscriptions are non-refundable mid-period. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact support@lettrack.co.uk.

Pausing instead of cancelling

If you are between tenancies and not actively letting, contact support — we may be able to pause your account rather than cancel.

Re-subscribing

If you cancel and wish to return, simply log back in and select a plan. Your previous data will be available if you are within the 30-day retention window.
