How do I update my email address or contact details?

Short answer

Go to Account Settings → Profile to update your name, email, or phone number. Email changes require verification.

Updating your contact details

Changing your email address

  1. Log in and click your name or avatar in the top-right
  2. Select Account Settings
  3. Under Profile, click Edit next to your email address
  4. Enter the new email address and save
  5. A verification link will be sent to the new address — click it to confirm

Until verified, your old address remains active. Notifications and login emails continue to go to your current address.

Changing your name or phone number

Follow the same steps above — name and phone number can be updated immediately without verification.

Changing your password

In Account SettingsSecurity, click Change password. You will need to enter your current password to confirm.

If you have lost access to your registered email

Contact support at support@lettrack.co.uk. We will verify your identity before updating any account details.

For landlords and agents

If you manage a team, note that updating your own contact details does not affect other team members' profiles. Each member manages their own account.
