Short answer

Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page to get a reset link by email — or skip the password entirely and sign in with a one-time magic link.

Signing in

Go to the sign-in page and enter the email address your account uses. You can sign in three ways:

  • Password — your email and password (at least 8 characters).
  • Magic link — enter just your email and we send you a one-time sign-in link, so you don't need a password. The link is valid for about an hour.
  • Continue with Google — if you signed up with your Google account, use the Continue with Google button at the top of the sign-in page. There's no separate LetTrack password to remember.

Resetting your password

If you've forgotten your password, choose Forgot password? on the sign-in page and enter your email. If an account exists for that address, we'll email you a reset link. Open it, set a new password (at least 8 characters), and you'll be taken to your dashboard.

Reset links expire after a short time for security. If yours says it's expired or invalid, just request a fresh one from Forgot password? again.

If you originally signed up with Continue with Google, you won't have a LetTrack password — just use the Google button to sign in rather than resetting anything.

Still stuck?

Check you're using the same email your account was set up with. If you're still locked out, reply and we'll help.
