Short answer

When you add a new property, or from its Passport tab, LetTrack can look up recent sold prices from the Land Registry and the property's EPC rating from the EPC register — so you don't have to find and enter them yourself.

Sold prices and EPC lookups

LetTrack can fill in some of a property's history for you instead of asking you to track it down.

When you add a property

Adding a new property looks up its recent sold prices and EPC history after you save it, and can estimate growth if you give a purchase price and date.

From the Passport tab

On a property's Passport tab, use Find previous sold prices to check the Land Registry, or Find EPC rating to check the EPC register, at any time — not just when the property is first added.

Matches to confirm

Where more than one possible match is found, you're shown a panel to confirm which one is actually this property before it's recorded.
