Short answer
Ask your landlord or agent to invite the co-tenant via LetTrack. Once they accept, they will appear on the tenancy and receive the same documents.

Adding a co-tenant
Who can add a co-tenant?
Only the landlord or letting agent managing the tenancy can add a co-tenant. Tenants cannot add others directly.
How it works
- Ask your landlord or agent to add the co-tenant
- They will enter the co-tenant's name and email address in LetTrack
- The co-tenant receives an invitation email
- Once they accept and complete their profile, they appear on the tenancy
What the co-tenant can see
Once added, a co-tenant has the same access as the primary tenant:
- Tenancy documents
- Compliance certificates
- Maintenance requests
- Communications
Right to Rent checks
Each co-tenant must have their Right to Rent verified separately before or at the start of the tenancy. Your landlord is responsible for this.
Deposit
If a deposit was already paid by the primary tenant, discuss with your landlord how contributions are split — LetTrack records the deposit but does not manage splits between tenants.
