What can I do in "Your home"?
"Your home" is your tenant dashboard on LetTrack — your tenancy details, your rent record, the property's safety and compliance records, and any issue you have raised, including replying to your landlord or agency's response.
On this page
Where to find it
The navigation item that used to say "Tenancies" now reads Your home for tenants — same place, tenant-friendly wording. If you have exactly one active tenancy, LetTrack takes you straight to it.
What you can see
- Your rent record — the schedule of rent due and paid for your tenancy. If you are a guarantor, you see an arrears-only view.
- Safety and compliance records for the property, including anything currently overdue.
- Any repair or safety issue you have raised, and its status.
Replying to a raised issue
If you have raised a safety issue (for example under Awaab's Law) and your landlord or agency has responded, you can now reply on that same thread instead of only reading their response. Replies are kept permanently as part of the record — once posted, a reply cannot be edited or deleted by either side, which is what makes the thread usable as evidence if the issue is ever disputed.
Reviewing your move-in inventory
The inventory review for your tenancy is reachable from Your home as well — this used to dead-end for tenants and now opens correctly.
