What is my Tenant Passport?
Your Tenant Passport is a single view of the checks that matter for your tenancy — Right to Rent status, identity verification, and the safety records for your home — that you can open any time from Your home. Sharing it with a landlord outside your current tenancy is not available yet.
What it shows
Your Tenant Passport pulls together, in one place:
- Your Right to Rent check status
- Identity verification you have completed
- The safety and compliance records for the property you live in (e.g. gas safety, EICR, smoke/CO alarms)
It is read-only — you cannot edit these records yourself, since they are your landlord or agency's responsibility to keep current.
How to view it
Open Your home from the main navigation, then Passport. If you only have one active tenancy, LetTrack takes you straight there.
What is not available yet
Sharing your Passport with a different organisation (for example, when moving to a new letting agency) is a separate capability that is still held back pending a data-protection sign-off — it is not switched on for any tenant yet. Today your Passport is visible only to you and to the landlord/agency managing your current tenancy.
