Log in to LetTrack, go to your tenancy, and open the Documents tab to view, download, or verify any document shared with you.

Viewing your tenancy documents
Where to find them
- Log in at lettrack.co.uk
- Go to Tenancies in the left-hand menu
- Select your tenancy
- Open the Documents tab
You will see all documents shared by your landlord or agent, including:
- Tenancy agreement
- Gas Safety Certificate (CP12)
- Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR)
- Energy Performance Certificate (EPC)
- How to Rent guide
- Right to Rent check confirmation
- Deposit protection details
- Any notices served
Downloading documents
Click the document name to open it. Use the download button to save a copy for your records.
Verifying a document's authenticity
LetTrack includes tamper-evident verification on all compliance documents. Visit /verify and enter the document ID shown on the document to confirm it has not been altered since it was issued.
Document not appearing?
Contact your landlord or agent — they may not have uploaded it yet. You are entitled to request copies of all compliance documents at any time.
