Adding your landlord identity details
Add your name, date of birth, home address and phone in Settings → Identity within 30 days of joining. Your National Landlord Register number can wait until the register opens.
Adding your landlord identity details
The Renters' Rights Act 2025 will require every private landlord in England to register on a National Landlord Register. LetTrack asks for the same details now, so your account is ready when the register opens.
What you need to add
- Your full legal name
- Your date of birth
- Your home address (where you live, not the rental)
- A contact phone number
Your National Landlord Register number is optional for now. The register isn't open for registrations yet, so add your number once you have one. A redress (ombudsman) scheme is optional too.
How long you have
You have 30 days from when you joined LetTrack as a landlord. Until then you'll see a reminder at the top of the page showing how long is left.
What happens if the 30 days pass
Your account is restricted until the details are added. You can still sign in and see everything, but you can't upload documents or mark a tenancy as active. The restriction lifts as soon as you save the missing details. There's nothing else to wait for.
Where to add them
Go to Settings → Identity, fill in the fields and press Save and verify.
